Is the Sub Principal Double bass player at the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra.
Apart from being a fully qualified teacher, Michelle holds a BA Hons in Music and MMus in Double bass Performance passed with highest honors.
She takes active part in an education project between Malta and the Philippines teaching children the double bass.
Apart from her educational work and MPO activities she is very active as chamber music performer with a special interest in Baroque Period Performances and she is the principal double bass player at the Valletta International Baroque Ensemble.
Ms. Scicluna is known as expert on working with complete beginners as well as period performance.
